As a CNA on our part-time team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our 11p-7a shift team at our Hialeah, FL facility. About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of our licensed nurses

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents, which includes maintaining a clean and organized living space and assisting with meal service and activities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Resident Care Services, including vital sign checks, feeding, bathing, and toileting

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and transferring

  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition to licensed nurses

  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • CNA certification

  • 1 year of experience as a CNA

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for long periods
