What You’ll Do

As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, non-medical support that helps clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Providing medication reminders
Assisting with mobility and daily routines
Accompanying clients to appointments and errands when needed
Building positive, professional relationships with clients, families, and team members
Providing reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience
Must be 18 years or older
California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register
Current TB clearance
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Successful completion of a required background check
