? WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Responsibilities may include:

  • Personal care, bathing, showering, and dressing

  • Meal and snack preparation

  • Medication reminders

  • Light housekeeping and laundry

  • Transportation/accompaniment to appointments and errands

  • Dementia and Alzheimer's care

  • Mobility and transfer assistance

  • Companionship and recreational activities

  • Helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life

  • Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and Personal Care Assistants

  • Reliable and compassionate individuals

  • Previous caregiving experience preferred

  • CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred

  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Ability to safely lift/move up to 50 lbs. without assistance

Escort clients to appointments and errands. Monitor and report changes in a client's condition. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Follow all company policies, HIPAA regulations, and client care plans. Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. Qualifications Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Current auto insurance (if transporting clients). Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers when necessary. Previous caregiving, home health, assisted living, or nursing home experience is preferred but not required. CPR and First Aid Certification are a plus.
