Schedule: 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM, - Monday - Friday. Normal work
schedules will be 9-hour shifts, to include a 1-hour non-paid lunch each day, not to exceed 40 hours per week or 80 hours per two weeks. * Flexibility of an 8 or 10-hour shift is at the discretion/approval of the squadron commander(s) and mission.

Compensation & Benefits
$63.80/hour base rate
$4.93/hour Health & Welfare (H&W)
80 hours PTO (accrued annually)
56 hours Sick Leave (accrued annually)

Minimum Qualifications:
ο Degree: Associate’s Degree of Nursing.
ο Education: Graduate from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission
for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education
(CCNE).
ο Experience One year of experience within the last two years as a registered nurse.
ο Licensure: Must hold a full, current, and unrestricted license in a State,
Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
ο Non-Personal Services: Must hold a full, current, valid, unrestricted
license (with no limitations, stipulations, or pending adverse actions) that
abides by the State requirements of the location of performance.
Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
Core Duties:
ο Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals.
Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality and
cost effectiveness.
ο Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established
policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF.
ο Perform physical exam and health histories.
ο Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.
ο Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions.
ο Direct and provide clinical supervision of care provided by other healthcare professionals.
ο Accountable for making patient care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill
level of assigned personnel.
ο Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and quickly react in emergency situations.
ο Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people for the purpose of
informing the healthcare team of plans/actions, for teaching/education to benefit the
patient/family and organization.
ο Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate.
ο Perform nursing services identified in the TO.
ο Provide feedback to the Government in support of improved practice and patient outcomes
