About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Emerald Hills, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and exercises as needed
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Participate in resident care conferences and other interdisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Able to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
