Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Evening LPN to join our team at Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania. • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions

• Document patient care and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
