Responsibilities

As a LPN, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care for them under direction of RNs and in compliance with the physicians' orders.

Position Summary: The House Supervisor maintains nursing unit goals and objectives and is responsible for the supervision of nursing unit(s). The House Supervisor ensures compliance of nursing practices, procedures, systems, and processes with company policy as well as federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The House Supervisor coordinates programs and services under the direction and in consultation with the Director of Nursing (DON). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide guidance, supervision, and management oversight to all nursing staff on all shifts. Ensure compliance with company policies as well as all federal, state, and local regulations. Supervises the nursing department in the absence of the DON/ADON as directed. Monitors staff compliance with assigned break times and patient care assignments. Effectively collaborate with medical staff and other departments to coordinate all aspects of patient care.
