We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Ogden, UT and support our growing women’s health clinic.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
As an Ageless RN, you’ll play an essential role in helping women take charge of their health through hands-on clinical care, patient education, and long-term wellness relationships.

Daily responsibilities include:

Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR.
Performing hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
Administering and monitoring hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight loss treatments, including GLP-1 medications and other metabolic health protocols.
Supporting and performing wellness services such as IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, and nutritional support programs.
Providing care within our concierge medicine offerings, including Pap smears, birth control management, lab work and blood testing, preventive health screenings, common illness management, STD/STI testing, and UTI testing.
Educating patients about hormone balance, weight management, and lifestyle strategies for long-term wellness.
Collaborating with medical providers to tailor care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Contributing to a warm, patient-focused clinic culture built on empathy, professionalism, and trust.

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)

EMR proficiency and attention to detail

How you make a difference As a Registered Nurse (RN), your primary responsibility is to provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s) to provide patient education and activities in accordance with your competencies and education. This role requires excellent communication and critical thinking skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs, consulting with Charge Nurse(s) and other staff as necessary. Implement medical plans by administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and assisting with medical or minor surgical procedures as needed. Count controlled substances and implement clinical and technical aspects of care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting as required by policy and attend mandatory staff meetings and training. Communicate information to nursing staff, physician, health care unit supervisory personnel or other staff as necessary. Additional Details PRN requirements 4+ shifts per month, including 1 weekend, and 1 major, and 1 minor holiday throughout the year. Additional 10% based on YOE. Qualifications & Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience Licenses/Certifications Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment. Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification. This position is available only to those who reside in the United States.
