Responsibilities:
Provide patient care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist clients with mobility and transfer tasks, as needed
Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including supervision and assistance with medication management
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, family members, and caregivers
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and patient care standards

Requirements:
Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of North Carolina
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
