Hiring Certified Home Health Aides

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team at Right at Home Ocean County. As a leading provider of in-home care and assistance, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes.

About the Role

As a Certified Home Health Aide at Right at Home Ocean County, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients. Our ideal candidate is a certified and experienced CHHA who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. If you possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide personal hygiene and companionship services to clients
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Offer emotional support and dementia care as needed
Safely transfer clients and prevent falls
Accompany clients to errands and appointments
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Schedule

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your needs, including:
- Start times at 8a, 9a, 10a, 11a, and more
- Choose weekdays and/or weekends
- Night/overnight shifts may be available (ask us during your interview!)

Requirements

You're fluent in English
You're a Certified Home Health Aide in New Jersey
You have at least 1+ year(s) of caregiving experience
You have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance
