What We’re Looking For:

  • Active LPN or RN license in the practicing state
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Experience administering medications and following individualized care plans is a plus
  • Comfortable exercising independent clinical judgment in a one-on-one home care setting is a plus
  • Strong communication and observation skills, including clearly recognizing and communicating patient status changes, are a plus
  • Comfortable working directly with family caregivers in the home, including communicating updates, building trust with parents, and coordinating day-to-day care in a one-on-one setting, is a plus
