Requirements for RN Supervisor:  

  • Active RN license
  • Experience in long-term care, a skilled nursing facility, or a nursing home
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience

  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This role is ideal for a strong, hands-on nurse leader who is comfortable supervising staff, managing clinical issues, and ensuring quality resident care in a fast-paced SNF environment.

Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:

  • Supervise nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility during assigned shifts
  • Act as the clinical lead on duty and respond to resident care or staffing issues
  • Ensure compliance with SNF regulations, facility policies, and infection control standards
  • Provide clinical support, guidance, and oversight to nursing staff
  • Communicate shift updates and concerns to the DON/ADON
  • Assist with staffing issues, call-outs, and workflow management
