Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Prescott in Prescott Valley, Arizona. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the highest quality of care and companionship. Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and personal care services to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and complete records of client care and services provided
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that client needs are met and concerns are addressed
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and standards
