Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team of caregivers at our Carthage, Missouri, United States facility. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with vital signs, including blood pressure checks, temperature takings, and oxygen level monitoring

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Participate in mandatory in-service training and continuing education programs to stay updated on the latest care practices and industry developments

  • Collaborate with other care staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
