Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Compensation: LPN: $31 - $37

Shifts: No set shift; as needed

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and standards of care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and promptly identify and report changes in condition
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans
- Supervise and provide guidance to nursing assistants and other care staff as appropriate
- Ensure resident rights, dignity, privacy, safety, and independence are maintained
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in condition
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire
Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
