Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care to individuals and groups under the direction of a Registered Nurse or licensed provider. The LPN assists in assessing, planning, delivering, and documenting patient care, supports patient/family education, and contributes to the overall quality and safety of the healthcare environment. Care is provided in accordance with ACH standards, regulatory requirements, and within the scope of practice for LPNs.
