Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning residents
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nurses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and services
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care and services provided to our residents

Requirements

Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
