About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and attention to our residents. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities

  • Assisting with meals, medications, and treatments as needed

  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff

  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment for our residents

  • Assisting with mobility and transfer exercises

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with incontinence care and bed mobility

  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff

  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and treatments

  • Participate in care conferences and inter-disciplinary team meetings

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident care

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
