CNA/HHA Care Manager (Immediate Start)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of caregivers, including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and training

  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through regular onsite visits and phone calls

  • Participate in skills training and take on a leadership role within the organization

  • Cover and work shifts as needed to ensure seamless client care

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in caregiving

Requirements:

  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) with over 3 years of experience in caregiving

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively

  • Flexibility and reliability with reliable transportation

  • Motivated and eager to learn and take on a leadership role
