We are actively recruiting qualified international Registered Nurses, including nurses from the Philippines, for full-time positions at our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Centers in the United States.
For eligible candidates, we provide employer-sponsored EB-3 Green Card sponsorship along with financial assistance for your immigration and relocation to the United States.
English proficiency is required.
POSITION DETAILS
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Type: Full-Time
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
Patient Population: Primarily Geriatric
Locations: New Mexico and Missouri, USA
Employment Commitment: 3 Years
Rate of Pay: $32.00–$37.00 per hour, depending on facility, location, jurisdiction, experience, and applicable wage requirements

ABOUT THE RN ROLE
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing care within your authorized scope of practice and help ensure each resident's clinical and personal needs are met.
You will work collaboratively with physicians, nursing leadership, CNAs, other healthcare professionals, residents, and families to deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
Nursing care must be provided in accordance with professional standards of practice, physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited nursing education program.
Currently licensed/registered as a nurse in your home country.
Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
Must be willing and able to satisfy applicable U.S. nursing licensure requirements.
Must meet applicable immigration and EB-3 sponsorship eligibility requirements.
Must be willing to relocate to New Mexico or Missouri, USA.
Long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
Must demonstrate professionalism, compassion, dependability, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide professional nursing care according to resident care plans and physician orders.
Assess residents and promptly identify and report changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Complete required nursing documentation and clinical charting.
Follow established procedures for incident reporting.
Monitor residents for infections, skin conditions, nutritional concerns, weight changes, pain, behavioral changes, and other clinical concerns.
Communicate significant changes to physicians, nursing leadership, residents' representatives, and appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team.
Follow facility procedures for medication management, controlled substances, pharmacy orders, and medication reconciliation.
Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and changes in resident status.
Make rounds with physicians and other clinical providers as appropriate.
Supervise and provide clinical direction to nursing assistants and other assigned nursing personnel when applicable.
Maintain infection prevention, resident safety, and quality-of-care standards.
Treat every resident with dignity, compassion, respect, and professionalism.
