Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time Evening Shift

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes.

About the Role:

As a LPN on our evening shift, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans with our interdisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of each guest.

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and other nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including medication administration and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require walking, standing, and stooping.
