What You’ll Do
As a Nursing Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping our residents live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing compassionate assistance with activities of daily living while promoting resident independence and choice
Assisting with medications, treatments, and other care as permitted by applicable regulations and training
Escorting and assisting residents throughout the community and outside as needed
Assisting with meal setup, service, and cleanup
Supporting and participating in resident activities and programs
Getting to know our residents and building meaningful relationships with them and their families
Observing and communicating changes in resident condition or needs to the appropriate team members
Treating every resident with dignity, respect, compassion, and patience

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in nursing, senior living, assisted living, memory care, home health, or a similar setting preferred
