Nursing Aid Responsibilities include:

Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times

Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED preferred.
Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Position Summary The On-Call Caregiver is responsible for being available to provide immediate caregiving support when scheduled caregivers are unavailable, call off, or when emergency client coverage is needed. This role ensures continuity of care for clients by stepping in on short notice while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and high-quality care standards. Ida, Glenwood, Bismarck and all surrounding areas. We need dedicated and hardworking caregivers who are dependable, dedicated, compassionate and willing to go above and beyond for our clients, as well as commit to following our agencies’ code of ethics. On-Call Caregivers must be dependable, flexible, and ready to travel to various client locations as needed. Compensation Summary $25.00 per day to be available for On-Call (Friday starting at 5pm – Monday at 7a) with an additional $16.00 per hour when filling shifts for call outs, emergency fill-ins, etc. (Friday starting at 5pm - Monday ending at 7a) Working anytime throughout the week Monday-Friday till 5pm would be paid at a regular caregiver start rate of $14.00 an hour. Client Care Provide non-medical in-home care services including but not limited to. Clients set schedules, so there are a variety of shifts to choose from. 2 hours to 12-hour shifts Days, Evenings, Overnight, Weekends Assistance with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Assistance with mobility and transfers Meal preparation and feeding assistance Medication reminders (non-medical) Companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean-living environment Assisting with errands or transportation if required 3. Documentation Complete required caregiver notes or documentation accurately and promptly. Report any changes in a client’s condition to the office immediately. 4.
