Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, as well as administer medications as prescribed
• Prepare meals, manage household duties, and maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document client progress, communicate with the care team, and report any changes or concerns

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience (entry-level welcome!)
Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
