Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure exceptional care and communication
Work collaboratively with our team of caregivers, Medical Directors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care services and activities
