We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our nursing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care while helping maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
What You'll Do
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, positioning, and mobility assistance.
Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, weights, and resident care documentation.
Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs with kindness and professionalism.
Assist residents during mealtimes and monitor meal and fluid intake.
Communicate changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
Maintain resident rooms and care areas in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
Support restorative nursing programs and collaborate with healthcare team members.
Follow infection control, safety, confidentiality, and facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) License.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Ability to assist in resident transfers and emergency evacuations when necessary.
