In-Home Caregiver | $16–$18/hr

SYNERGY HomeCare of the West Valley is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes.

We’re looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We offer a variety of schedules based on caregiver availability and current client needs, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours.

What You’ll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, responsibilities may include:

  • Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Mobility and transfer assistance

  • Meal preparation

  • Medication reminders

  • Light housekeeping

  • Companionship and supervision

  • Transportation and errands when required by the care plan

  • Assistance with other activities of daily living based on the client's needs

Pay & Scheduling

  • $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

  • Part-time and full-time opportunities

  • Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available

  • Flexible scheduling based on caregiver availability and client needs

  • Overtime and qualifying holidays paid at time-and-a-half

This is a W-2 employee position.

Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be able to pass all required background screenings

  • Have reliable transportation and regular access to a vehicle

  • Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance

  • Be dependable and able to arrive to scheduled shifts on time

  • Be comfortable providing care in clients' homes

  • Complete all required onboarding documentation and training

Previous professional caregiving experience is preferred, but applicants with relevant personal caregiving experience are encouraged to apply.
