Franklin, Fairfield, Licking Counties.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Provide attention to client’s non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Pay: From $16 -$19 per hour

Qualifications & Requirements

Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification
Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test if applicable

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Live-In Home Health Aides (HHAs) of Asian Heritage and Spanish heritage to provide exceptional one-on-one care in a client’s home. Candidates must have a strong skilled nursing background and be comfortable assisting with wound care, and providing high-quality personal care. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated caregivers who are passionate about improving the quality of life of seniors and individuals requiring advanced home care services. Responsibilities Provide compassionate live-in care and supervision. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition. Assist with medication reminders and prescribed care plans. Perform wound care according to the physician’s orders and agency protocols (required experience). Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed. Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care. Communicate effectively with family members, physicians, and the care team. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client. Qualifications Home Health Aide (HHA) Active Home Health Aide Certification. Minimum of 2 years of home care or skilled nursing experience. Demonstrated experience assisting with wound care under nurse supervision. Experience caring for clients with complex medical needs. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Reliable, compassionate, and professional. Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospice, rehabilitation, or long-term care.
