We are looking for CNAs to provide safe, compassionate resident care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment.

Shift:

  • Full-time second shift 2:30pm to 10:30pm

  • Part-time second shift 2:30pm to 10:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on resident care and clinical treatments

  • Monitor condition changes and document accurately

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families

Qualifications:

  • Active state license/certification required

  • Long-term care experience preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
