Qualifications: 

  • State of Iowa CNA license required

Compensation & Flexibility: 

  • The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
  • Shift Differentials: 2nd Shift-$3.00/hr, 3rd Shift-$4.00/hr and Weekends-$1.50/hr

Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following: Must be 18 years of age or older; Minimum typing experience; High school graduate or equivalent; Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital or physician’s office preferred; Ability to hear pages, bells, and phone system; Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time (possibly 4 to 7 hours at a time); Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Ability to attend scheduled CPR classes and code drills; Ability to prioritize and multitask; Willingness to work at any center due to a staffing or center emergency or reduction of work. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) by the Maryland Board of Nursing. Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00, depending on experience.
