Required Qualifications: Active and unrestricted registered nurse with current license in state of NY Two (2)+ years of experience working as an RN in a Critical Care setting that contributes to proficiency in infusion therapy (such as medical surgical unit, ED, ICU, post-anesthesia care, or similar setting) Experience with lab draws, IV infusions, and reconstitution of medications Strong experience with working with a variety of pumps (CAAD, curling, etc) & troubleshooting issues that may arise Possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance/registration Ability to handle specialty cases like IGG, IVIG, Solumedrol, etc. Have and maintain current CPR / BLS certification Knowledge of HIPAA patient privacy and data security requirements; OSHA employee protection regulations Hold current Malpractice Insurance Have experience with Microsoft Office to document and track patient care activity About Us: Founded in 2008, UniversaCare is a fully licensed and growing Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area and is continually expanding throughout the Northeast.
