Caregiver (Home Health Caregiver)

$17 - $18 / hour

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (Home Health Caregiver) to join our team at Right at Home Central MO. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide one-on-one care and companionship to clients in their homes, including activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)

  • Assist with personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Offer light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other household tasks

  • Engage with clients in recreational activities, conversation, and socialization

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial client assessments to understand their unique needs and preferences

  • Develop and implement customized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Provide ongoing care and support to clients, adjusting plans as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, care provided, and any concerns

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Work Environment:

  • Work as part of a dynamic and compassionate team

  • Provide care in clients' homes, with occasional travel to Right at Home Central MO offices

  • Work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
