Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Angels Grace Hospice- .6FTE- NOCs

What You Will Do:

We are currently searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide support to the staff and patients on the unit.  Qualified candidates will work independently providing resource information and general nursing care to patients. Completes clerical tasks related to regulatory annual requirements, audits and patient processes.  

 

What You Will Need:

  • WI Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) - Must be Active on the registry 
  • Must have a strong interest in customer service, able to multi task, work independently with little supervision. 
  • Passionate about providing excellent patient care and able to demonstrate compassion at the end of life.

As a Home Health Aide in Hospice you will provide direct assistance with activities of personal care, maintenance of patient health, Agency facilitation of treatment for patients, and contribution to a health environment for patients.
