Job Description

Your Impact: 

  • Deliver Field-Based Care: Conduct comprehensive primary care visits and physical exams in the comfort of a patient’s home. 
  • Manage Chronic Disease: Create longitudinal care plans that move the needle for high-risk patients. 
  • Collaborate Across the Continuum: Partner with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, safe care transitions. 
  • Prevent ER Visits: Treat acute needs in the home to keep seniors safe, healthy, and out of the hospital. 

Job Requirements

What You Bring: 

  • Advanced Degree: Master’s Degree (NP) with a preferred focus on Adult, Geriatric, Acute Care and/or Family. 
  • State Required Credentials: Active, unencumbered NP license and Board Certification (ANCC or AANP). 
  • Reliable Mobility: Valid driver’s license and vehicle for local field-based travel.

The OB First Assist practices in collaboration with and at the direction of the surgeon in the operative phase of the labor experience. Apply knowledge of surgical anatomy, physiology and operative technique relative to operative procedures wherein the APP assists Apply principles of asepsis and infection control skillfully Assists in positioning, prepping, and draping of the patient, or performs these independently if directed by the surgeon Provides hemostasis by clamping blood vessels, coagulating bleeding points, ligating vessels, and by other means as directed by the surgeon Provides exposure through appropriate use of instruments, retractors, suctioning and sponging techniques by closely always observing the operative field, demonstrating stamina for sustained retraction and anticipating the needs of the surgeon Handles tissue as directed by the surgeon, sutures the peritoneum, fascia, subcutaneous tissue and skin, by demonstrating the different types of closure, and correct approximation of tissue layers.
