Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with medication management and vital sign monitoring
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients with ease and care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional client care
