Responsibilities About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver routine daily care to assigned guests according to their care plan, ensuring their personal, hygiene, and mobility needs are met. This role is responsible for observing, recording, and immediately reporting all changes in a guest's condition, accidents, or complaints to the nursing staff. The CNA also assists with admissions/discharges, prepares guests for activities/appointments, and strictly adheres to all safety and record-keeping protocols. What You’ll Do Provide routine daily care and services according to the guest's care plan. Assist with all personal needs: hygiene, dressing, mobility (lifting/positioning), and nutritional support (feeding/recording intake). Monitor and report changes in guest condition, accidents, and complaints to the nursing staff immediately. Maintain accurate records of care provided, vital signs, and intake/output. Ensure safety by using proper transfer techniques, following infection control, and promptly answering call lights. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Must currently hold, or be able to obtain by the date of hire, CNA certification through the Arizona State Board of Nursing. Minimum of six (6) months certified nursing experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation setting is strongly preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with team members. Ability to work independently or with direction.
