Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to clients in their homes
• Assist with personal care, medication management, and mobility needs
• Support patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the care team
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
