Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Home Care Aide to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of East King County in Redmond, Washington. Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with mobility and lifting as needed
Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding as required
Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed
Provide companionship and social support to clients
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal client outcomes

Requirements

Current certification as a Home Care Aide in the state of Washington
