Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment
Provide meaningful companionship, conversation, and reassurance
Monitor client well-being and communicate any changes or concerns
Follow the established plan of care
Communicate with the office and care team to ensure continuity of care
Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care throughout each shift

Requirements

Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
Reliable transportation
Previous caregiving experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Strong communication and observational skills
Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care
