Job Details
Qualifications:
- Completion of Nursing Assistant program, BOCES or Military Hospital Corps School or equivalent with current New York State CNA certification or completion or a minimum of 1 years' experience working as a Nursing Assistant.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
- Knowledge of computer systems and/or prior clerical experience required.
- BLS or CPR/AED training required and accepted from only 1 organization: American Heart Association - BLS/ACLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED). No online programs from any organization will be accepted.
Availability Requirements:
During the initial orientation period, candidates must be available to participate full-time. The first week will consist of classroom-based learning Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In the second week, orientees will transition to 12-hour shifts to complete orientation and training on their assigned shift.
Salary Range
USD $26.52 - USD $33.45 /Hr.
The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
