The current model is 24 hour shifts with the occasional moonlighting shift. The NNP call room is adjacent to L&D and functions as both office and sleep space for the NNP team. The Director of Women's and Children's Services serves as liaison between the NNP team, Beebe Medical Group, and the hospital. We average 60-70 births per month and 4-6 transfers per month.
