As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare, you will:

  • Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes

  • Follow care plans and complete accurate, detailed documentation of care provided

  • Assist clients with housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation

  • Help clients with basic personal care, such as bathing, dressing and stand by assistance

  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients, their family members, fellow caregivers and Synergy office staff

  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistent with assigned shifts



As a caregiver with us you will care for clients at their homes in our service area which includes: St. Paul, Minneapolis and the Central Twin Cities Metro, Bloomington, Columbia Heights, Fridley, Mounds View, Shoreview, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Edina, New Brighton, Richfield, Roseville, & St. Louis Park.

To qualify as a caregiver with Synergy, you will need:

  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation

  • Compassion and Dependability 

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Ability to pass a Background Check

  • Previous home care experience (preferred but not required)
