As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will play a vital role in providing non-medical assistance and support to our clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing emotional support and companionship
Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Encouraging clients to participate in activities and social events
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care provided

Responsibilities:

Provide in-home assistance and support to clients, promoting independence and dignity
Implement care plans as outlined by RNs and other healthcare professionals
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, adhering to infection control protocols
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
