About the Role:

As a Restorative CNA, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence and achieve their recovery goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing restorative care to patients, including range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and ambulation
Assisting with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
Encouraging patient participation and engagement in rehabilitation activities
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Current CNA certification in the state of Alabama
