Position

Registered Nurse RN – Ambulatory Primary Care

Shift

40 hours per week | Day shift. Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM | No weekends or holidays!

Preferred

Experience:

  • Experience in an ambulatory clinical nursing setting, primary care practice, family medicine, internal medicine, and/or outpatient office environment.
  • Strong telephone triage experience and comfort supporting patients with acute concerns, chronic condition management, preventive care needs, and follow-up care coordination, strongly preferred.
  • Experience with medication refills, care gap closure, patient education, care coordination, and knowledge of insurance-related processes preferred.

Education

Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.

Licensures/Certifications

  • Current Pennsylvania RN license.
  • Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
