We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care to our residents, including delivering individualized care plans, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs

  • Supervise and direct a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on weekends, ensuring that all staff members are working in a cohesive and efficient manner

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure the highest level of quality and safety

  • Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and treatment

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

  • Conduct audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (n/a)

  • Minimum years of experience (n/a)
