• Provide companionship and personal care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management of medication schedules

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and care teams to ensure exceptional care and support

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care and services
