Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA at Valley Manor, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our patients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Promote a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
