Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Provide companionship and support with clients’ non-medical needs
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Provide medication reminders
Build professional and respectful relationships with clients, families, and team members
Provide dependable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts
Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or other local activities when needed

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Registered California Home Care Aide (HCA), or willing to register
Current TB clearance
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Successful completion of a background check
