About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and caring CNA to provide high-quality care to our patients at our rehabilitation center in Concord, North Carolina. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in our LifeWorks Rehab Program, which combines advanced therapeutic techniques with personalized care plans to optimize rehabilitation outcomes. You will work under the supervision of licensed nurses and therapists to provide vital care and support to our patients, including:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff
• Assisting with range of motion exercises and other therapy activities
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
